U2 (& Snow Patrol) @ Olympiastadion

Soooo My dad gave me and my sis a ticket for the concert ANDDDDDD yesterday it was finally July the 18th!!! 
OHGOAWD so many people..... *_________*V *dances*

My dad and his "Gang" My sis and me met with my dad and some of his friends. Ohman, they are such a bunch of stupid guys xD

My sis and me lost them on the way cause we had to go all the way around the stadion and then enter our block. The friends were already a little tipsy so they didn't notice we were gone but finally they found us somehow and our seats xD

Panorama My sis' cellphone is able to do panoramic views ;A; I'm so envious, although the stage is cut into half xD SO MANY PEOPLE!!! Great

Our seats we sat far away but thanks to that 360° stage even I could see everything xD

The spacestation The stage! *_*b Such a great construction! In the mittdle there was a 360° screen and a tower with lighmashines and stuff

SNOW PATROL! So finally snow Patrol entered the stage and the crowd was already fully pumped >A Sound was perfect, songs great and they were in a good mood. Even my dad was impressed! PERFECT START for this concert!!! They played the hits of course and even then all the people could sing along and that gave me goosebumps (alot to follow this evening) unfortunately they had to go too soon for my liking. But everyone waited for U2 and so.. it was okay. Then the technicians changed the stage again and after 10min the crowd got tired of watching them and they started some La-Ola waves ... :3 AND FINALLLLLLLLLLLY

U2!! They entered and the crowd was totally out of it! :D they first sang 3 of the new songs (the album sucks in my opinion, only like 2 or 3 songs are good but that totally didn't matter) and at first they only had some movies on the screen but THEN later they used more lights and effects like this.. and i was totally impressed!! Fucking awesome! (we didn't know there was alot more to come xD)

Of course they played LOT hits and the crowd nearly sang on its own... and I always get goosebumps when its like this! Awesome!

"city of blinding lights" THEN the screens came down and you could see that they are ALL little screens wich could be used alone!!! WTF!! The effects were just WOAH.. impressive~

Those 2 bridges could be moved around, too like all the way round O_O

Later they got 2 gyus on the stage and they gave one of them a guitar and the other one the drums and they played a song with them :DDD (they always do stuff like that, I love it)

" When they played Walk on, they had people on the roundstage again *v* (have no pic of that unfortunately)

VERTIGO!

Sunday Bloody Sunday Usually its always that not all the people are singing along or having a good time, sometimes that is due to the empty seats in a row wich just don't get the mood along but this time REALLY all of them were jsut screaming dancing and jumping ALL THE FUCKING 90000!!!! *_______* yey~

I have some videos but I guess I'm too lazy to upload but GNAAAAAAAARRRRRRRR the FEELING *_*v 

And to say I'm not just speaking out of the euphoria: My dad said: "OHMAN I've seen the Stones, TWICE and even one time with a stage 3times as big IN THIS VERY STADION but that was bullshit compared to this!! (He mostly means the sound and the mood :D) 


It was definitely the best concert I've been to so far, thanks, dad ♥

*lach* naja es war so teuer, ich hatte schon echt ein schlechte gewissen T_T aber es war NUR geil, dafür hätt ich auch den doppelten preis bezahlt *lach* wenn ich das geld gehabt hätte..

und .. es waren sogar über 90000 O_O sagt die zeitung *kicher* achja, wie sowas doch beflügelt :D
